To have a cup that is running over you must have a cup first. A cup simply means a career, a profession, your business, a skill, a gift, a talent through which you receive from the Lord. For there has to be a reason for God to bless you. We do not receive for no apparent reason. Every person that receives, receives for a reason.

You have to have a cup which is a reason for you to receive. What is the reason why you can become a millionaire? Do you have a reason for you to become a rich man or rich woman? Are you a doctor, an engineer or an accountant, hustling? Do you have a business? Do you have a reason after praying that you say to God, this is my reason to be blessed? That reason becomes your cup and when God begins to pour into your cup He pours without measure.

That word was used in Malachi 3:10 when He said, “bring your tithes into the storehouse, try me and see if I will not open the floodgates of Heaven and pour you out a blessing.” God is in the business of pouring blessings. When He is ready to pour, you have to ready your cup to receive because there is no one who will receive without a cup or container. We are so poor as Christians because we pray to God for blessings but we do not create cups to receive blessings from God. What then happens is a lot of us are waiting for God while God is waiting for us. He is waiting for you to move while all this time you are waiting for Him. You are quoting scriptures that ‘when the time is right I the Lord will make it happen’. It is not God that determines the time. It is you.
Your preparation changes seasons. Your season is not measured by your time, your chronometer, where you say this is the beginning of the year and the end of the year or it is first year, second or third year. Seasons are decided by how prepared you are for opportunities. They say when opportunity meets preparation there is success. This means that a person can find an opportunity and does not succeed because of lack of preparedness. People are hardly prepared. Most people are not ready for opportunities. They are not able to embrace opportunity. There are opportunities in this nation. There were opportunities in this nation and there are still opportunities in this nation. No matter under which government, there are millionaires being made in this country. Opportunities are vast and people that are complaining are people who are simply not prepared for any kind of opportunity.

If you want change it has to come from within. Why are we postponing our prosperity? Can we not become beneficiaries of any government? Your prosperity should be decided by you. You are the determinant of your success.

DECLARATION
In the next short season, two years to come, may God set you up for success!
I am declaring that may God pour oil into your cup, such an overflowing blessing so that you may be able to acquire land, that you may be able to build a house, that you may be able to buy cars, that you may be able to establish businesses, that you may be able to prosper in everything that you pursue in the name of Jesus!

I am now moving you to the preparation of the cup, the container you receive, the blessing you attain.
We want to learn here on being wise. There is treasure to be found and the Bible is saying it is found in the dwelling of the wise. There is a picture that has already come to your mind of the things that are found in the dwelling of the wise. You find treasure and oil.

Fools are spending treasure and oil. Do you remember the parable of the ten virgins in ‘Matthew 25’? Five were wise and the other five were foolish. The five foolish ones spent their oil before the groom came. They spent it all such that they had no more oil to put their lights on but the wise had their oil because they had not spent it. They had not spent their energy. It is only foolish people that spend all their treasure and all their oil. The word ‘treasure’ does not only refer to any money. There is an amount of money that does not qualify to be called a treasure. I hear you quote scripture saying, ‘where your treasure is there your heart will be also’ holding an insignificant amount like one dollar ($1). Are you saying this ‘$1’ is treasure? If you cannot say you are rich while having a dollar in your pocket, why then do you want to classify it as a treasure? It shows that your understanding is shallow because not all amounts are treasure. We all have money here in whichever form but if we say the rich must stand up, we will have very few people getting up because we know not all money is considered to be treasure.

The Bible is clear in saying that ‘the treasure and the oil is found in the dwelling of the wise’. It takes wisdom for you to have treasure and oil. It takes wisdom for you to have the treasure and for you to have the oil. What does this mean for a person who is here who wants his or her cup to overflow?
What is it that you must look for? You need to look for wisdom not money.
Those that have been chasing money for the past decades have not found it and those that were pursuing wisdom ended up finding money for pursuing wisdom. Is it not interesting that Solomon in Proverbs 4:7 says that ‘Wisdom is the most important thing you can do’ or ‘Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.’

Solomon was considered to be the wealthiest man at that time and what made him to be is that he avoided pursuing wealth and riches and pursued wisdom and with wisdom came what he had not pursued. Those that have been chasing after money are still chasing after it and they do not have it yet. They have been chasing money day and night and to this day they are chasing after it and they do not have it.
Why?
It is because this is a proven formula that, if you seek wisdom then you will find it, you will get wealth and riches with it. It is important for you to know what to go for first. What is very important is wisdom. If we put wisdom here and $10 000 there, which one would you pick?

2 Chronicles 1:7-11 NLT
“That night God appeared to Solomon and said, “What do you want? Ask, and I will give it to you!” Solomon replied to God, “You showed great and faithful love to David, my father, and now you have made me king in his place. O lord God, please continue to keep your promise to David my father, for you have made me king over a people as numerous as the dust of the earth! Give me the wisdom and knowledge to lead them properly, for who could possibly govern this great people of yours?” God said to Solomon, “Because your greatest desire is to help your people, and you did not ask for wealth, riches, fame, or even the death of your enemies or a long life, but rather you asked for wisdom and knowledge to properly govern my people.”

When you get wealth and a person comes to ask for wealth, it is easier to give it to him. Even though you know you can give them wisdom that can help them make a lot more money over and over again.
Solomon got wealth because he did not ask for it. You want the fruits but you do not want the tree. If you ask for the tree it will come with the fruits. Have the wisdom to ask for the tree and get all that comes with it.

Proverbs 4:7 NLT
“Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do! And whatever else you do, develop good judgment.”

Wisdom is not something you have, it is something you do. The difference between knowledge and wisdom is knowledge is unto the mind but wisdom is unto action. Knowing something does not mean you do it. For instance, you know that when you pay tithe God will open the windows of heaven but you are not doing it. People with knowledge are not considered wise until they start doing what they know. The difference between the educated and the wise is the educated have knowledge and the wise do what they know. Foolish people are not necessarily ignorant because ignorance and foolishness are not the same. Lack of knowledge is in two categories, innocence and ignorance. To be innocent is not right. To be ignorant is also not right. Foolishness is another category where you are not innocent or ignorant but not doing what you know. So when it comes to wisdom, it is not something you know, it is something you do.

Knowledge does not translate to wisdom. When you become wise you do not become wise for your children. You do not become wise for your spouse. You do not become wise for your church. You become wise for yourself.

Proverbs 9:12
“If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: …….”

Robert Kiyosaki said, if people are given $10 000, 80% of those people after a couple of years will be found with 0. So in every 10 people 8 are found with nothing. 16% are found with $10 200 or $10 400 depending on whether it is a year or two. This calculation was made basing on a person who takes their money to the bank that gives 1%, 2% or 5% interest per annum. Then 4% of the people are found with between $20 000 to $1 000 000 that is an increase of between 100% to 1000%. Only 4% are able to grow the wealth they are given. 16% are average people and 80% are poor because whatever they get they reduce it to nothing. So what exactly do the 4% know that is not known by the 80% and the 16%. Ninety-six percent is a crowd and 4%, a few people. That is why the bottom is overcrowded and there is space at the top. 96% do not know that you do not get wealth by chasing after money. You get it by chasing after wisdom.

This is what you do with money.
When you get MONEY
1. Spend
2. Save
3. Invest
4. Give

‘1 and 4’ which are: spending and giving, are things you know. You need to know how to save and how to invest. We get into the dwelling and find treasure and oil that is because the wise do not spend treasure.
Proverbs 21:20 “…. but fools spend whatever they get.” If you are going to have wealth and luxury you need to learn how to use your money and you need to save. You feel your money is not enough but you should still save even if it is not enough. Money will never be enough. Just start saving now with whatever amount you have. You must have a place where you save your money from tins in the house for smaller amounts to safety deposit boxes at the bank for bigger amounts.

Preparation through saving will get you opportunities. People become very desperate when making deals. You must always have something saved on the side. A day will come where that money will buy you something more valuable. So most of you do not have treasure in your dwelling because you spend whatever you get. There is no oil in your house or any treasure to be desired. The principle is you save first then use what you have saved to invest. You do not save to spend. Our children also see our spending habits and they eventually develop lack of fear for tomorrow. You will begin to see the effects as you observe how they spend their time before exams and do last minute studying because that’s the training you gave them. We need to be delivered from this last minute spirit. This is a gathering of enlightened people. We are millionaires and billionaires. Our children should learn from us. Learn to plan ahead for critical needs.

I know God wants your cup to run over. The reason why I am persisting on this issue is because I had a meeting with your God and I know what God wants to do with your lives.

DECLARATION
I want you to take your part in this realm.
There is no car you want to drive; for your pleasure, that you will not.
No house, no luxury that you will fail to live in. You will establish chains of business across the nation and beyond. I know the meeting I had with your God. Your gates are opened now your behavior has to measure up to the grace and anointing that has been released. In this season God is not interested in few things. God is interested in abundance. He wants to raise you high. He wants you to stand tall. He wants you to stand on His shoulders. He wants to distinguish you no matter your age.
This year before it is over you are set up for major deals. God is setting you up for overflow and you have to behave wisely.
I am seeing thousands and thousands of dollars.
I am seeing opportunities.
I am seeing doors and gates opening for you.
Before the end of the year; three (3) months are a lot, a lot can happen. Before the end of this year we have to say congratulations to someone for a new house, stand, business, shop, truck. A lot can happen in these 3 months.
I am declaring Heaven open over these people!
Give them a breakthrough.
Give them grace.
Give them establishment in the might name of Jesus.

There is treasure and oil in the dwelling of the wise.
I declare you a wise woman.
I declare you a wise man.
You shall do what you have been taught.
You shall not be hindered.
You shall not be limited.
Nothing will stop you in the mighty name of Jesus.

PRAYER
Declare yourselves wise.
James 1:5 says, whoever lacks wisdom must ask for it. Say there is treasure to desired and oil in my dwelling. I am wise.
May you be delivered from any kind of limitation.
I stand against every pain in your body, every disease in your body.
I confront it in the name of Jesus Christ.
Any disease pain in your body, headaches, sleeplessness, back pain, restlessness, arthritis, pains in the joints, knee joints, elbow joints, I rebuke the pain right now in the name of Jesus.
I address the nervous system.
I bring life.
I bring healing.
I bring abundance to everyone who is under the sound of my voice in the mighty name of Jesus.
I thank You Lord and I glorify Your name.
