And there was great Joy in that city!

By Michael Magoronga

According to Acts 8 v 5-8NIV, Phillip went down to a city in Samaria and proclaimed the Messiah there. When the crowds heard Phillip and saw the signs he performed, they all paid close attention to what he said. For the shrieks, impure spirits came out of many and many who were paralyzed or lame were healed.

So, there was great joy in that city. (Acts 8 v 5-8NIV)

The Mbizo Crusade held by Apostle Joy Museba and Pastor Mary Museba, leaders of New Creation Life Ministries International (NCL), from 24 to 28 September at Bokomo Cricket Ground, Mbizo has come and gone but many are still puzzled by what they experienced during the four day event.

The crusade held under the theme “Jesus the Greatest” saw the supercharged Apostle Joy ministering to the multitudes of Mbizo people with great power.

During the course of the crusade, testimonies were already coming in, a sign that Jesus was using his man to deliver people from different afflictions.

Just like in Samaria, the sick were instantly healed with some who came using crutches receiving instant healing and going back home without the walking aides.

Evil spirits manifested upon the ministration of the man of God and many were delivered.

Different testimonies poured in during the course of the crusades as Jesus worked on his people with some receiving healing from various ailments, some from financial distress and some inner peace by just meeting the man of God.

The crusade brought to the open how people are being afflicted by various ailments and how they are desperate for the Lord to deliver them.

The institution now pays full attention to the biggest event on the church’s calendar, the Apostolic Summit scheduled for later this month in the same city.

The event will again be held in Kwekwe at a venue yet to be announced and congregants form across the country and beyond are expected to attend.

The summit which runs from 17 to 20 October 2024 will see performances from various gospel artiste with Mathias Mhere and Joyful Praises being the headline of the lineup.

The summit runs along the Kingdom Affluent Masters (KAM) which presents another golden opportunity for congregants to meet with the man of God, Apostle Joy, an established businessman in his own right, for some tips on how to flourish in the business world, in a way that pleases God.

KAM is attended upon registration.
