Elegant fast food outlet Nandos reopened its doors to the public following a three-month closure to pave the way for renovations.

The new look restaurant now boasts an increased seating capacity and a modern look.

In an interview on the sidelines of the official opening Nandos Zimbabwe Marketing Manager Sandiswe Bhule said the shop had increased the seating capacity by about 20 seats. She said the reopening comes in time for the festive season.

“We have expanded the seating capacity from the previous 40 people to 65. The curved design and African aesthetic have been replaced with a modern look featuring more natural lighting,” she said.

Bhule said the revamp is part of a nationwide refurb for their branches nationwide.

“We have completed renovations in the majority of our shops in Harare, Bulawayo, and now Kwekwe among others. Our next focus will be Mutare where we will undertake a similar exercise to ensure that people can enjoy their meals in a fresh and inviting environment,” she said.
