Redcliff Municipality is set to repossess stands whose owners have failed to comply with agreed terms of sale. The municipality issued out a notice which was flighted to notify beneficiaries who have been given 30 days to take action.

The notice reads, “Notice is hereby given that the Municipality of Redcliff intends to repossess the listed stands for breach of the agreed terms of the agreement of sales. Beneficiaries are therefore given 30 days from the date of this notice to pay all outstanding amounts failure to which council shall repossess the stands Without Further Notice.”
