A Gweru man who went on a rampage killing three people amongst them  Kwekwe socialite and car dealer Shelton ‘Shellaz’ Chinhango was arrested on landing at Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport today.

Dube in 2021, shot two people dead and injured two others in Gweru that is Shellaz, his wife’s friend Gamuchirai Mudungwe, and wife’s sister Nyaradzo Nharingo following allegations of infidelity.

After the incident Dube fled to South Africa, then Eswatini where he changed his identity to Xolile Mtsali.

Using the fake identity card he sought asylum in Ireland where he was arrested and extradited to Mozambique after alleging that he was a citizen of that country named Armando Quenete Muchanga.

The Zimbabwe Republic Police initially put out a notice of Dube’s extradition.
