A six men gang terrorised farmers in Riverside area, Kwekwe and have since commited eight robberies on 27 May 2024 at about 0140 hours.

According to the police six unknown men caused havoc in Sunnyside and Riverside plots in Kwekwe when they robbed homesteads and tuck shops, looting cash, groceries and various items of property. “About two houses and four tuck shops were broken into. The suspects were forcefully opening the doors and demanded cash, cellphones, groceries and other valuables,” said police Spokesperson Inspector Emmanuel Mahoko.

Police is appealing to members of the public who might have knowledge of these culprits to contact them.
